PENINGKATAN KETANGGUHAN PSIKOLOGIS DAN KESIAPAN KERJA SISWA SMK MELALUI PSIKOEDUKASI BERBASIS SEKOLAH

Lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu kelompok rentan terhadap risiko pengangguran, ketidaksiapan kerja, hingga penipuan berkedok penyaluran kerja. Selain keterampilan teknis, kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja menuntut ketangguhan psikologis, orientasi masa depan, efikasi diri, serta literasi risiko. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi psikologis tersebut melalui psikoedukasi kepada 248 siswa kelas 11 di SMK Negeri 1 Ampelgading, Kabupaten Malang, serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan 37 guru untuk menyusun rencana keberlanjutan program. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi penyusunan modul, psikoedukasi interaktif, dan evaluasi pre–post test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dari pre- ke post-test. Evaluasi kepuasan menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4 dari 5 (kategori sangat baik). Guru menghasilkan satu dokumen Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) untuk keberlanjutan pembinaan kesiapan kerja siswa. Temuan ini merefleksikan bahwa psikoedukasi berbasis sekolah efektif dalam memperkuat ketangguhan psikologis siswa dan meningkatkan kesiapan mereka menghadapi transisi ke dunia kerja. Integrasi program secara berkelanjutan di sekolah direkomendasikan sebagai langkah strategis pengembangan kapasitas remaja memasuki dunia kerja modern.
