PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI REVITALISASI DAYA TARIK WISATA SPIRITUAL DAN EKOWISATA BERBASIS K3 DI DESA GUNUNG SALAK TABANAN BALI

This community service program aims to empower the community of Gunung Salak Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency, through the revitalization of spiritual tourism and ecotourism attractions based on K3 (Occupational Safety and Health). The activities are focused on increasing the capacity of the “Gula” Pokdarwis in managing tourist destinations safely, sustainably, and digitally. The implementation method includes two main stages, namely (1) arranging K3-based tourism facilities and services through the installation of identity signs, directional signs, safety signs, and solar-powered lighting; and (2) stakeholder synergy and digital marketing through training in service excellence, risk management, and digital marketing. To measure the effectiveness of the activities, measurements were carried out on the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of Pokdarwis members with an average pre-test of 3.17, increasing to 4.61 after training (a 31% increase). In addition, digital promotion through virtual tour videos and the “PKM Gunung Salak” YouTube channel succeeded in expanding the reach of tourism promotions. The active involvement of the community, lecturers, and students makes this program effective in strengthening the identity of Gunung Salak Village as a safe, comfortable, and competitive spiritual tourism destination in Tabanan Regency.
