CLASS ACTION RESEARCH TRAINING FOR TEACHERS IN PANDEMIC TIMES

Classroom action research is the need for teachers to improve the professionalismof the ism and the quality of the learning process in the classroom. The covid-19 pandemic provides opportunities for teachers to carry out classroom action research so that during the adaptation period online learning can simultaneously solve problems that occur in the classroom. Various obstacles are encountered by teachers in conducting research and improving learning so that teachers must understand how to carry out class action research activities starting from preparation to data processing. This service aims to provide insight and improve teachers' skills in conducting PTK so that they can improve teacher performance and improve the quality of learning in online classes. Activities in the form of training, discussions, questions and answers, and mentoring. The materials in this service activity are: 1) PTK for today's teachers; 2) how to compile PTK and observation instruments; 3) processing of PTK research data, and subsequent assistance in the implementation of class action research. The results of this class action research training service are that teachers can find out the stages in carrying out class action research activities, teachers and pat compile instruments used in class action research activities, teachers can process research results data, teachers can conclude data on research results, teachers are motivated in conducting classroom action research, and teachers can find out strategies in conducting classroom action research with online learning conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, by facilitating training in the form of mentoring activities for classroom action research, teachers can carry out class action research in accordance with the stages of research. Training activities can increase the understanding and motivation of teachers to always carry out classroom action research activities in various learning conditions.
