Shrimp waste can be processed into food additives to create new flavors or as flavor enhancers that have the potential to replace synthetic flavorings sold in the market. This waste can be obtained easily and cheaply, even so far it has only been thrown away. To take advantage of this opportunity, training on shrimp waste processing as a food additive is important. The purpose of this activity is to increase the ability of coastal women who are less productive as a business idea to improve the economic welfare of the family. The location of the service is in Pemenang Barat Village, North Lombok Regency which is known as a tourist area with seafood as an attraction. The method used is to directly train the manufacture of powdered broth and shrimp cheese sticks, then evaluate for development. The result of the training was that coastal women were able to make their own processed shrimp waste after being given an example and wanted similar activities in the future, especially for business assistance. The business assistance in question is starting from a business establishment permit, obtaining halal certification, good packaging and determining marketing channels. Training on processing shrimp waste to become cheese sticks is an additional new knowledge for local coastal women. The easy manufacturing process and cheap raw materials make this potential to be developed into an additional alternative livelihood that deserves support from the local government.
