Abstract

Perkembangan Artificial Intelligence (AI) menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru, termasuk di Madrasah Aliyah Terpadu Sabiilul Muhtadiin, meskipun tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses pelatihan dan sumber daya masih menghambat pengembangan profesional pendidik. AI dapat menjadi pendamping guru yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, mendorong literasi teknologi, serta mengatasi kendala waktu dan lokasi, khususnya di lembaga pendidikan dengan fasilitas terbatas seperti MA Terpadu Sabiilul Muhtadiin. Adapun tujuan dilakukannya workshop basic prompting AI, diharapkan tercipta sistem pendampingan guru yang efisien dan personal, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kapasitas pengajar dan kualitas pembelajaran di MA Terpadu Sabiilul Muhtadin. Workshop ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tiga tahap: persiapan (observasi, pre-test), pelaksanaan (pelatihan tools AI dan integrasi RPP), serta evaluasi. Pada tahap evaluasi, pre-test diberikan pada awal kegiatan dan post-test diberikan setelah seluruh rangkaian kegiatan selesai. Kegiatan workshop  di MA Terpadu Sabiilul Muhtadiin dapat dikatakan berjalan lancar dengan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi dalam mempelajari basic prompting AI. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru di MA Terpadu Sabiilul Muhtadiin melalui pemanfaatan basic prompting yang terstruktur untuk pembelajaran, pengembangan materi, dan evaluasi di kelas. Pada hasil pre-test sebanyak 80% peserta menganggap bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini bermanfaat dan berdasarkan hasil post-test 100% peserta menganggap workshop ini bermanfaat. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan guru, dan kepercayaan diri dalam mengembangkan kompetensi guru.
