Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the economic sector, one of which is on micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), in Simorejo Village, Kanor District, Bojonegoro Regency. The economic crisis due to Covid-19 has resulted in a decrease in the number of customers due to the limited range of product marketing. The limitations of this product marketing are none other than the result of technological gaps and the lack of knowledge of MSME actors in utilizing online media as a means of marketing products. This service activity aims to provide training on product marketing through online media and making business licenses for MSME actors, especially in Simorejo Village. This activity is carried out using survey methods, lectures, questions and answers, and tutorials. Lectures and questions and answers were given regarding the importance of marketing, online marketing and various marketplaces, as well as how to create and apply for a business license. While the tutorial is on how to create a marketplace as a place to market products, and how to design products so that they are more attractive and have selling points. The results of this community service activity include increasing insight, competence, and skills. MSME business actors have been able to understand the importance of business licenses for their businesses. MSME business actors are also able to adapt the products offered to the various marketplaces described. MSME business actors who take part in this service activity are very enthusiastic and participatory. This community service activity has been carried out properly in accordance with the objectives of the activity. This activity has been able to increase the insight, competence and skills of MSME actors in marketing products through online media effectively and efficiently. In addition, this activity has been able to provide insight into the importance of business licenses for MSME actors.
