Abstract

Energy-saving theory has become a curriculum in elementary schools, but the practice and knowledge of hardware is still very rare. They were only given an explanation about renewable alternative energy without any practice or even knowing the hardware directly. Thus, elementary school students should be introduced to hardware that can be used to save energy or alternative energy that can be converted into electricity. This community service activity aims to provide insight for teachers to convey to students about the importance of saving energy in the current era and as a medium for introducing basic renewable energy hardware. With this introduction, it is hoped that elementary school students will be more creative and innovative in the development and application of renewable energy. The method of implementing this activity is training. The training is carried out by providing an explanation of how to work and the use of renewable energy tools as well as hands-on practice. one of the lecturers will present and demonstrate the tools, while the other lecturers will accompany the teacher if there are questions. Community service participants felt helped by this activity. The service participants learned new things related to the learning module in the form of a tool for practical energy terbatus which will be conveyed to students of MI Roudlotul Ulum Jabalsari, Tulungagung Regency.
